If a Loftia referral reward has not appeared, check the invitation requirement, the website’s progress tracker, and your in-game account link. The demo rewards page tells you to sign in to your loftia.gg account to track progress and claim rewards. No universal registration-bug fix or guaranteed processing time has been confirmed.
Check which demo reward you expect
| Reward | Stated requirement |
|---|---|
| Pebble Chair | Invite one friend to play the demo |
| Pebble Couch | Invite two friends to play the demo |
The wording is to invite friends to play the demo. A shared link or a website visit alone does not establish that the stated requirement has been met. The available official instructions do not specify an exact delay before tracking updates.

Check the referral code during registration
The website’s new-account form has an optional Referral code field. You can enter a friend’s code there, or use their invitation link to auto-fill it. If your friend is registering for the first time, check that the intended code is present before continuing.
That visible field confirms where a code can be entered; it does not establish that an existing registration can be credited retroactively. If your friend already has an account, investigate the existing tracker with support rather than creating a replacement account to force another registration.
Keep tracking, claiming and linking separate
Sign in to the website account associated with your reward progress and check what the tracker actually shows. Claiming a reward on the website and linking your website account in-game serve different purposes.
For carrying demo rewards into Early Access, link the Loftia website account from the in-game character-select screen using your email address. The team warns that unlinked demo rewards and progress cannot be recovered. Do not assume that a Steam wishlist or installing the demo completes the account link.
If the tracker still looks wrong
Report what happened: which reward is missing, the tracker state, and whether the invited friend played. For account-linking problems, the team gives [email protected] as a contact. Keep passwords and verification codes out of public posts.
There is no confirmed need to create replacement accounts, repeat invitations indefinitely, or wait an invented number of hours. A missing reward should be investigated against the actual tracker and account state.
